Front Door Outside Molding

Removal and Installation

REMOVAL

Fully open front door glass.

Remove front door sash cover front. Refer to Removal and Installation.

Apply protective tape (A) on the part to protect it from damage.

Disengage rear end of front door outside molding fixing pawl using remover tool (A) and (B).

CAUTION:

Never lift front door outside molding with excessive force to prevent damage to the part.

: Pawl

Twist front door outside molding toward the direction of the arrow in the figure, and then lift up and remove it.

INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

Rear Door Outside Molding

Removal and Installation

REMOVAL

Fully open rear door glass.

Apply protective tapes (A) on the part to protect it from damage.

Disengage fixing pawl of rear door outside molding front and rear end, using remover tool (A) and (B).

CAUTION:

Never lift rear door outside molding with excessive force to prevent damage to the part.

: Pawl

Twist rear door outside molding toward the direction of the arrow in the figure, and then lift up and remove it.

INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
