Component Function Check

CHECK POWER WINDOW MAIN SWITCH FUNCTION

Check front power window motor (driver side) operation using power window main switch.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>>

Inspection End.

NO>>

Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.

Diagnosis Procedure

CHECK POWER WINDOW MAIN SWITCH CIRCUIT

  1. Ignition switch OFF, and then wait for 3 minutes with driver door open.

    NOTE:

    • Even after ignition switch is OFF, power is supplied to accessories for a certain amount of timer by the AUTO ACC function.

    • When Nissan Ariya vehicle is operate while on standby, power may be supplied to accessories.

  2. Disconnect front power window motor (driver side) connector and power window main switch connector.

  3. Check continuity between front power window motor (driver side) harness connector and ground.

    Front power window motor (driver side) (–) Continuity
    Connector Terminal
    D10 1 Ground No

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>>

Inspection End.

NO>>

Repair or replace harness.
