Nissan Rogue (T33) 2021-Present Owner’s Manual & User Guide: Window washer fluid

Type A (if so equipped)

Type B (if so equipped)
For Type A systems on the Nissan Rogue, check the washer reservoir directly and refill with washer fluid when the level gets low.
For Type B systems, plug the center hole A of the cap/tube assembly with your finger and remove it from the reservoir. If no fluid appears inside the tube, add washer solution.
A quality washer solvent can improve cleaning, and during winter it is advisable to use a suitable windshield washer antifreeze. Always follow the manufacturer’s mixing instructions.
Refill the window washer reservoir regularly. Add fluid when the low-level warning appears (if equipped) and expect to refill more often if driving in dusty, muddy, or winter conditions where the Nissan Rogue uses more washer spray.
Recommended fluid: Genuine NISSAN Windshield Washer Concentrate Cleaner & Antifreeze or equivalent.
CAUTION
- Do not substitute engine antifreeze for washer solution — it can damage painted surfaces.
- Avoid pouring full-strength washer concentrates directly into the reservoir. Some methyl-alcohol mixtures may permanently stain the grille if spilled.
- Always pre-mix concentrates with water to the recommended ratio before filling the reservoir. Do not use the reservoir itself for mixing.
