Diagnosis Procedure

CHECK FUSE

Check if the fuse is burned out.

Power supply Fuse No.
BAT 17

Is the check result normal?

YES>>

GO TO 2.

NO>>

Replace the fuse after repairing the applicable circuit.

CHECK BATTERY VOLTAGE

Check the voltage between the TCU harness connector and ground.

BAT M35 1 Ground OFF 6.5 - 16.0 V Battery Voltage

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>>

GO TO 3.

NO>>

Repair harness between TCU and fuse.

GROUND CIRCUIT INSPECTION

  1. Turn ignition switch OFF.

  2. Disconnect TCU harness connector.

  3. Check the continuity between TCU harness connector and ground.
