Diagnosis Procedure
CHECK FUSES
Check that the following fuses are not blown:

| Ignition switch ON or START | 9 | 10 A |
Is the fuse blown?
YES>>Replace the blown fuse after repairing the affected circuit.
NO>>GO TO 2.
CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT

Disconnect AWD control unit harness connector.

Check voltage between AWD control unit harness connector and ground.
(+) (−) Ignition switch position AWD control unit Connector Terminal OFF ON START C75 6 Ground Battery voltage Battery voltage Battery voltage 5 Ground 0 V Battery voltage Battery voltage
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>GO TO 3.
NO>>Repair or replace harness or connector.
CHECK GROUND CIRCUIT

Ignition switch OFF.
-
Check continuity between AWD control unit harness connector and ground.
AWD control unit — Continuity Connector Terminal C75 1 Ground Yes
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>Inspection End.
NO>>Repair or replace harness or connector.

CHECK THE BATTERY CABLE
Turn ignition switch OFF.
Check the battery cable for tightening enough.
NOTE:
Check the continuity between the battery cable and the battery terminal.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>
GO TO 2
