Diagnosis Procedure

CHECK HARNESS CONTINUITY (OPEN CIRCUIT)

  1. Turn the ignition switch OFF.

  2. Disconnect the battery cable from the negative terminal.

  3. Disconnect the following harness connectors.

    • BCM

    • Automatic back door control unit

    • 12V sub battery (lithium ion battery)

  4. Check the continuity between the automatic back door control unit harness connector and the 12V sub battery (lithium ion battery) harness connector.
