Drive the Nissan Ariya vehicle at 25 MPH (40 km/h) or more.

Stop the vehicle.

Select “Self diagnosis result” mode of “BCM”.
Is DTC “C1700-86” detected?
YES>>Refer to DTC Diagnosis Procedure.
NO>>To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to Intermittent Incident.
NO>>Confirmation after repair: Inspection End.

Activate and display TPMS sensor IDs

Display tire pressure reported by the TPMS sensor

Read TPMS DTCs

Register TPMS sensor IDs
PERFORM ABS ACTUATOR AND ELECTRIC UNIT (CONTROL UNIT) SELF DIAGNOSIS RESULT
CONSULT
Select “Self Diagnosis result” mode of “ABS”.
Is any DTCs detected?
YES>>Check the DTCs. Refer to DTC Index.
NO>>GO TO 2.
CHECK BCM INPUT/OUTPUT SIGNAL
Check BCM input/output signal values. Refer to Reference Value.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>Check terminals and connection of each harness connector for malfunctioning conditions.
NO>>Replace the BCM. Refer to Removal and Installation.
