Threshold CPU in moonroof motor assembly detect internal malfunction
Diagnosis delay time 1 second or less

POSSIBLE CAUSE

Moonroof motor assembly

FAIL SAFE

Moonroof auto operation is forbidden

DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE

PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE

CONSULT

  1. Ignition switch ON.

  2. Operate moonroof switch to any position.

  3. Select “Self diagnosis result” mode of “BCM”.

  4. Check DTC.

Is DTC detected?

YES>>

Refer to DTC Diagnosis Procedure.

NO-1>>

To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to Intermittent Incident.

NO-2>>

Confirmation after repair: Inspection End.

DTC Diagnosis Procedure

REPLACE MOONROOF MOTOR ASSEMBLY

Replace moonroof motor assembly. Refer to Removal and Installation.
