Diagnosis Procedure
CHECK AUTOMATIC BACK DOOR SERIAL COMMUNICATION SIGNAL

Ignition switch ON.
-
Check signal between BCM harness connector and ground using oscilloscope.

(Approx.)BCM Connector Terminal B26 (with type B meter) 83 Ground 
B123 (with type A meter) 82
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>Inspection End.
NO>>GO TO 2.
CHECK AUTOMATIC BACK DOOR SERIAL COMMUNICATION CIRCUIT

Ignition switch OFF.
-
Disconnect hands free sensor control unit connector and BCM connector.
-
Check continuity between hands free sensor control unit harness connector and BCM harness connector.
Hands free sensor control unit BCM Continuity Connector Terminal Connector Terminal B452 1 B26 (with type B meter) 83 Yes B123 (with type A meter) 82 -
Check continuity between hands free sensor control unit harness connector and ground.
Hands free sensor control unit — Continuity Connector Terminal B452 1 Ground No
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>Replace BCM. Refer to Removal and Installation.
NO>>Repair or replace harness.
