CHECK DTC PRIORITY

If DTC "B23C0-04" is displayed with network DTC, first perform the trouble diagnosis for network DTC.

Is applicable DTC detected?

YES>>

Perform diagnosis of applicable first DTC. Refer to DTC Index.

NO>>

GO TO 2.

DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE

  1. Start the engine.

  2. Perform "All DTC Reading" with CONSULT.

  3. Check if "B23C0-04" is detected as current malfunction in self-diagnosis result of "PNS Relay".

Is DTC "B23C0-04" detected as current malfunction?

YES>>

DTC Description

CAN COMMUNICATION

  • CAN communication is a multiplex communication system that shares many communication signals and enables high-speed communication by connecting multiple control units with two communication lines (CAN-H line, CAN-L line).

  • Each control unit on CAN network transmits signals through CAN communication control circuit in the control unit, receives only necessary signals from other control units, and performs various controls. Refer to CAN Communication Signal Chart.
