Diagnosis Procedure (Without automatic drive positioner system)

CHECK POWER WINDOW MAIN SWITCH CIRCUIT

  1. Ignition switch OFF.

  2. Disconnect power window main switch connector and door mirror connector.

  3. Check continuity between power window main switch harness connector and door mirror harness connector.

  4. Check continuity between power window main switch harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>>

GO TO 2.

NO>>

Repair or replace harness.

REPLACE DOOR MIRROR

Replace door mirror . Refer to Removal and Installation.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>>

Inspection End.

NO>>

GO TO 3.

REPLACE POWER WINDOW MAIN SWITCH

Replace power window main switch. Refer to Removal and Installation.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>>

Inspection End.

NO>>

GO TO 4.

REPLACE BCM

Replace BCM. Refer to Removal and Installation.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>>

Inspection End.

NO>>

GO TO 5.

CHECK INTERMITTENT INCIDENT

Check intermittent incident. Refer to Intermittent Incident.

Diagnosis Procedure (With automatic drive positioner system)

CHECK POWER WINDOW MAIN SWITCH CIRCUIT

  1. Ignition switch OFF.

  2. Disconnect power window main switch connector and door mirror LH connector.

  3. Check continuity between power window main switch harness connector and door mirror LH harness connector.

  4. Check continuity between power window main switch harness connector and ground.

NO>>

Repair or replace harness.

REPLACE DOOR MIRROR LH

Replace door mirror LH. Refer to Removal and Installation.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>>

Inspection End.

NO>>

GO TO 3.

REPLACE POWER WINDOW MAIN SWITCH

Replace power window main switch. Refer to Removal and Installation.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>>

Inspection End.

NO>>

GO TO 4.

REPLACE BCM

Replace BCM. Refer to Removal and Installation.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>>

Inspection End.

NO>>

GO TO 5.

CHECK INTERMITTENT INCIDENT

Check intermittent incident. Refer to Intermittent Incident.
