Diagnosis Procedure

CHECK FUSE

  1. Ignition switch OFF.

  2. Check that the following fuses are not blown (open):

    With type A meter

    135 Battery power supply (door lock 1) 12 10 A
    136 Battery power supply 15 5 A
    137 Battery power supply (turn signal lamp) 58 15 A
    138 Battery power supply (rear wiper) 56 15 A
    142 Battery power supply (stop lamp) 21 10 A
    144 Battery power supply (door lock 2) 14 10 A
    With type B meter
    Unit Location Fuse No. Capacity
    7 Battery power supply 30 5 A
    133 15 5 A
    135 Battery power supply (front door lock) 12 10 A
    136 Battery power supply (turn signal lamp) 58 15 A
    138 Battery power supply (rear wiper) 56 15 A
    139 Battery power supply (stop lamp) 21 10 A
    144 Battery power supply (rear door lock) 14 10 A

Is the fuse blown (open)?

YES>>

Replace the blown (open) fuse after repairing the affected circuit if a fuse is blown (open).

NO>>

GO TO 2.

CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT

  1. Disconnect BCM connectors.

  2. Check voltage between BCM harness connectors and ground.

    With type A meter

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>>

GO TO 3.

NO>>

Repair harness or connector.

CHECK GROUND CIRCUIT

Check continuity between BCM harness connector and ground.

With type A meter

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>>

Inspection End.

NO>>
