Erase DTC.

Ignition switch OFF.

Ignition switch ON.

Select “Self diagnosis result” mode of “INTELLIGENT KEY”.
Is DTC detected?
YES>>Refer to DTC Diagnosis Procedure.
NO–1>>To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to Intermittent Incident.
NO–2>>Confirmation after repair: Inspection End.
DTC Diagnosis Procedure
PERFORM "ECU REPROGRAMMING"
CONSULT

Select “ECU Reprogramming” mode of “INTELLIGENT KEY”.
-
Erase DTC.
-
Ignition switch OFF.
-
Ignition switch ON.
-
Select “Self diagnosis result” mode of “INTELLIGENT KEY”.
Is DTC detected?
YES>>GO TO 2.
NO>>Inspection End.
REPLACE INTELLIGENT KEY UNIT
Replace Intelligent Key unit. Refer to Removal and Installation.
