CONSULT Function (LASER/RADAR)
APPLICATION ITEMS
CONSULT performs the following functions via CAN communication using distance sensor.
| Diagnosis mode | Description |

| Self Diagnostic Result | Retrieve DTC from ECU and display diagnostic items |
| Data Monitor | Monitor the input/output signal of the control unit in real time |
| Work Support | This mode enables a technician to adjust some devices faster and more accurately |
| ECU Identification | Display the ECU identification number (part number etc.) of the selected system |
| Replace ECU | The Nissan Ariya vehicle specification can be written when the control unit is replaced |

WORK SUPPORT

Check distance sensor install condition and perform distance sensor adjust. Refer to Work Procedure.
If the Nissan Ariya vehicle information display does not show a distance sensor-related warning message, this cause has been eliminated. |

Check the front bumper and distance sensor for dirt and foreign object. Refer to Work Procedure.
If the distance sensor is inoperative due to this cause, a warning message for distance sensor dirt or partial limitation of the driver assistance system will be displayed on the Nissan Ariya vehicle information display when driving for 10 minutes or more after ignition switch OFF→ON. |
