Removal and Installation
Without ProPILOT Assist 2.1
REMOVAL
CAUTION:
When replacing chassis control module, configuration of chassis control module is required. Refer to Description.
Remove the glove box. Refer to Removal and Installation.
Remove the chassis control module harness connector (A) from chassis control module (1).

Remove the chassis control module (1) from bracket (A).

CAUTION:
Never drop the chassis control module.
INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
CAUTION:
When replacing chassis control module, configuration of chassis control module is required. Refer to Description.
With ProPILOT Assist 2.1
REMOVAL
CAUTION:
When replacing chassis control module, configuration of chassis control module is required. Refer to Description.
Remove the drive knee air bag module. Refer to Removal and Installation.
Disconnect the harness connector from the chassis control module.
Release pawl and separate chassis control module from steering member.
CAUTION:
Do not drop the chassis control module.
INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
CAUTION:
When replacing chassis control module, configuration of chassis control module is required. Refer to Description.
