Nissan Rogue Service Manual: Meter buzzer circuit

Description

Component Function Check

1. CHECK OPERATION OF METER BUZZER

  1.  Select "BUZZER" of "BCM" on CONSULT.
  2.  Perform "LIGHT WARN ALM" or "SEAT BELT WARN TEST" of "ACTIVE TEST".

Does meter buzzer activate? YES >> Inspection End.

NO >> Refer to WCS-42, "Diagnosis Procedure".

Diagnosis Procedure

1.CHECK COMBINATION METER INPUT SIGNAL

Select the "Data Monitor" for the "METER/M&A" and check the "BUZZER" monitor value.

Check combination meter input signal

Is the inspection result normal? YES >> Replace combination meter. Refer to MWI-82, "Removal and Installation".

NO >> Replace BCM. Refer to BCS-75, "Removal and Installation" (with Intelligent Key system) or BCS- 135, "Removal and Installation" (without Intelligent Key system).
