DTC

CONSULT screen terms

(Trouble diagnosis content)
DTC detection condition
U060F 00

Lost comm with MAF sensor

(Lost Communication With Mass or Volume Air Flow Sensor "A")
Diagnosis condition Ignition switch ON
Signal (terminal) SENT communication signal
Threshold ECM unable to transmit engine communication signal to mass air flow sensor
Diagnosis delay time

POSSIBLE CAUSE

  • Harness or connectors (SENT communication circuit is open or shorted.)

  • Mass air flow sensor

FAIL-SAFE

Engine Control System

Fail safe mode Nissan Ariya Vehicle behavior
Traveling control mode Engine output control

ECM reduces the engine output, according to the rise in engine speed. This reduces the Nissan Ariya vehicle speed to encourage the driver to repair malfunction.

  • Driving at 70 km/h (44 MPH) or more is possible.

NOTE:

This value is a reference value converted from engine power to Nissan Ariya vehicle speed. Actual power limitation value differs due to the malfunctioning part and driving condition.

Device fix mode
  • This mode fixes the electric IVT control actuator and the EVT control solenoid valve in the reference position.

  • A control signals is not transmitted to the EGR volume control valve and the EGR volume control is deactivated.

Combustion control mode Ignition timing correction control Partially controls ignition timing control.
Retardation control Controls ignition timing delay control in the intermediate water temperature range.
