Nissan Ariya Vehicle speed sensor

(Vehicle speed sensor) 		Diagnosis condition Ignition switch ON
Signal CAN communication signal
Threshold ECM cannot receive a communication signal sent from VDC (Nissan Ariya vehicle dynamics control system)
Diagnosis delay time 2 seconds or more

POSSIBLE CAUSE

  • Harness or connectors (The CAN communication line is open or shorted.)

  • VDC（Nissan Ariya vehicle dynamics control system）

FAIL-SAFE

Not applicable

DTC Confirmation Procedure

PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE

  1. Turn ignition switch ON and wait at least 3 seconds.

  2. Check DTC.

Is DTC detected?

YES>>

Refer to DTC Diagnosis Procedure.

NO-1>>

To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to Intermittent Incident.

NO-2>>

Confirmation after repair: INSPECTION END
