WARNING

Always use new brake fluid from a sealed container. Contaminated, old, or poor-quality fluid may damage the brake system and reduce stopping performance.
Clean the filler cap before removing it.
Brake fluid is toxic and must be stored in properly marked containers and kept away from children.

CAUTION

Do not spill fluid on painted surfaces — it will damage the finish. Rinse immediately with water if contact occurs.

Nissan Rogue brake fluid reservoir

Check the fluid level in the reservoir. If it is below the MIN line 2 or if the brake warning light illuminates, add Genuine NISSAN Super Heavy Duty Brake Fluid or equivalent DOT 3 fluid up to the MAX line 1. Have the system inspected by a NISSAN dealer as soon as possible. Frequent fluid loss indicates the need for immediate service.
