Operation

SWITCH NAME AND FUNCTION

  1. Using the steering switch, select the [Settings] menu in the information display

  2. Select the [Driver Assistance] menu

  3. Select the [Emergency Assist] menu

  4. Select the [Emergency Braking] item to turn the system ON/OFF

SYSTEM DISPLAY

AEB warning lamp
  • When any of the following conditions, the AEB warning lamp illuminates:

    • An abnormal condition is present in the AEB system

    • The AEB system is turned OFF

  • When any of the following conditions, the AEB warning lamp illuminates :

    • The distance sensor area of the front of the Nissan Ariya vehicle is covered with dirt or is obstructed

    • The interior temperature of the vehicle is extremely high

    • The windshield is dirty, frosted, fogged up, or damaged in front of the front camera unit

    • The front camera unit or the front camera unit bracket is not mounted properly

AEB system indicator
  • Indicates that AEB system is ON

  • Blinks when approaching Nissan Ariya vehicle ahead

AEB warning Displays immediately before the brake operates
Nissan Ariya Vehicle ahead indicator
  • Indicates whether it detects a vehicle ahead

  • Blinks when approaching Nissan Ariya vehicle ahead
